Intro
Office App (now HqO) is a tenant experience platform focused on giving the best building management experience for commercial real estate. They had much success locally but had yet to successfully break out internationally.
Challenge
As a scaleup without a marketing team, Office App asked for support in gaining visibility in the markets they aspired to grow to.
Solution
The agreed-upon strategy combined a thought leadership campaign that built credibility for Office App representatives conquering the British and French markets with a research report that would be used as an asset for global and local outreach.
I worked with a team of copywriters and translators to ghostwrite a collection of 20+ articles. Most of them I pitched to trade publications—these were aligned with their annual event strategy to get traction before visiting the locations.
