Intro
Office App (now HqO) is a tenant experience platform focused on giving the best building management experience for commercial real estate. They had much success locally but had yet to successfully break out internationally.
Challenge
To show their value globally and have credible evidence to support their claims in the sales process, there was a need for proof backed by data.
Solution
The 6-month research project combined survey and product data, uncovering the key pain points of employers and employees and their opinions regarding technology benefiting office life. This served as an anchor for the commercial team as they were conducting outreach in new markets.
As the project manager, my responsibilities included crafting the concept and campaign, managing stakeholders and a team of specialists, distributing the report, and creating supporting owned and earned content.
