Mapiq is a workplace experience platform that aims to support organizations in achieving their workplace strategies. Their client portfolio included organizations with offices worldwide, making account-based sales a pillar of their business strategy.
Solution
By partnering up with workplace leaders from organizations like Coty, Zaha Hadid Architects, and TomTom, Mapiq presented data and learnings on the state of workplace experience. Representatives
My responsibility as the project manager was to:
lead the budgets and strategies for marketing, sales, and partner efforts in collaboration with the internal teams,
lead the design of the branded booths and merchandise,
create the concepts and prep the speakers for each of the presentations
create and lead the marketing communications campaign (case studies, webinars, email marketing, PPC, social media, interviews, and more).
Challenge
