Intro
Mapiq is a workplace experience platform that aims to support organizations in achieving their workplace strategies. Their client portfolio included organizations with offices worldwide, making account-based sales a pillar of their business strategy.
Solution
By sponsoring Europe’s leading tech conference (The Next Web), Mapiq got to enter the network of leading tech brands. The sponsorship deal consisted of a speaking opportunity, a branded booth, and invitations to exclusive side events.
My responsibility as the project manager was to:
lead the budgets and strategies for marketing, sales, and HR efforts in collaboration with the internal teams,
lead the design of the branded booth and merchandise,
create the concept and prep the speakers for Mapiq’s presentation in collaboration with a communications agency,
create and lead the marketing communications campaign (video content, email marketing, PPC, social media, interviews, and more).
Challenge
To gain the trust of their strategic account, Mapiq needed to gain credibility as a global industry leader.
