Paazl Delivery Index

Intro

Paazl is a multi-carrier shipping platform for leading brands. Their goal is to streamline the delivery experience and promote sustainable practices within it.

Challenge

To show the value of sustainable practices through shipping technology to attract new clients, Paazl aimed to uncover the state of delivery practices at that time. My responsibility was to find the method to do so and lead the project.

Solution

Based on the top 100 retailers in the Netherlands (Twinkle 100), Paazl released a research report that looked closely at their sustainable delivery policies and compared them to their actual practices. The 8-month project included manual data collection and analysis, PR and marketing campaign creation, and writing and designing the reports.

The report gained traction in local media, resulting in increased brand awareness, website traffic, and the creation of an ongoing campaign for #paazlgreen. The study is being referenced to this day, growing the domain authority of the Paazl website.
