Mapiq website content

Intro

Mapiq is a workplace experience platform that aims to support organizations in achieving their workplace strategies. As the brand and product evolved during the global pandemic, there was a need to overhaul the company's outdated website. My responsibility was to create and lead the strategy for the resources section.

Challenge

The previous resources section had poor navigation, SEO deficiencies, and needed to adapt to renewed brand positioning. Shortly before this project, I had created a new content strategy based on extensive research on Mapiq’s buyer personas which had to reflect on the website.

Solution

The 3-month project was split into resource and website optimization to run simultaneously. All existing resources went through a relevancy assessment, SEO optimization, data and copy edits, and categorization based on content type and topic. Simultaneously, I was conducting market research on page navigation, design, and best practices for grouping website content for SEO. The website is now built to anticipate a reader’s next move resulting in increased search visibility, and improved user engagement.
