Mapiq Employer Branding

Intro

Mapiq is a workplace experience platform that aims to support organizations in achieving their workplace strategies. During ‘The Great Resignation’, Mapiq’s people team was struggling to attract qualified talent.

Challenge

The people team had grown fast but lacked proper processes for cohesive outreach and advertising Mapiq as a top employer. My responsibility was to lead the employer branding strategy and project.

Solution

As a result of the project, Mapiq reached a wider audience of talent, helping them to grow faster. This was done through initiatives like:

  • overhaul of the website's career section

  • creation of job description and email templates

  • social media strategy for employer branding

  • video series promoting hybrid working at Mapiq

  • review aggregation strategy

  • support at talent fairs

  • employer branding articles on the website

  • creation of employer brand tone, voice, and values

  • advertising of open positions
